Quality Surveillance Ltd (QSL) was established by Ross Ridings in 1997 with the aim of using his skills to assist clients in establishing and maintaining the processes required to effectively and efficiently satisfy their customers needs. While the emphasis is on quality and health and safety, the key focus is on "Loss Prevention". The objective of Ross and his team is to help clients become “Good and Safe”.
QSL primarily provide technical translations and process investigation (process / systems auditing) services to variety of clients. In addition we also train and assess competency against a range of NZQA unit standards. We deal with both large and small organisations (Transit New Zealand to Carpark Marking Contractors). There is a focus on Health & Safety, Environmental Management and Quality Systems. These systems are ideally integrated and aimed at satisfying the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, EN 14000, and NZS 4800.
We have recently provided simple documented HSE systems for small companies subscribing to the ACC Workplace Safety Management Practices programme. Having such a system entitles the business to a range of discounts in ACC levy ranging from 10 to 20%.
